Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product has manufacturing defects

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we inspect the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank transfer

Refund processing may take 7–30 business days.
